Karen has also been a business owner since the age of 26. She currently owns four small businesses in the state of Kentucky, including her title practices and a franchised fitness business, Pure Barre Louisville. Originally from Texas, Karen has made Lexington, Kentucky her home after graduating from University of Kentucky Law School in 2002. She has two sons, Lawson and Cole.

Newly transitioned Mortgage Loan Officer of 7+ years to Lead Closer and Remote Online Notary Specialist with the Land Group. Melanie Yarmy now brings her lending expertise to the closing table. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Melanie has made Kentucky her home for the last 17 years and has built a beautiful life for her veteran husband, beautiful daughters, and fur babies. Despite the transition from lending to title, Melanie continues to exude knowledge, passion, enthusiasm, and authenticity in the real estate industry.

Hayley Stump, General Manager at The Land Group, is a graduate of The University of Kentucky with a degree in political science and a post-bac degree in paralegal studies. For 17 years, Hayley has built a knowledge base for every process of a real estate transaction through her various roles as a paralegal. Now the mother of twin boys, Lucas and Jacob, Hayley has worked her way up to closing manager with The Land Group and continues to provide excellent service balancing CDs for various clients and running title exams with exceptional attention to detail. She is a self-motivated asset to our office and is willing to step in where needed to ensure the success of our clients and their needs.

Born in Peru and raised in New Jersey, Nicole Rivera is an experienced, bilingual title processor now residing in Kentucky. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Nicole provides specialized assistance to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they fully understand the intricacies of the real estate process. Nicole combines her strong work ethic with a passion for helping clients achieve smooth, stress-free closings. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through fitness and cherishes time spent with her family and friends.

Mily recently rejoined Karen and her team after previously working in title for seven years from 2002 to 2008. Mily's expertise is in the area of processing, post-closing and working with our bilingual clients. Originally from Colombia, she has called Kentucky home for the past 28 years. Mily is a newlywed who enjoys spending time with her husband and her family. She is excited to bring her commitment of excellence to the title industry. Peyton Leet, Branch Manager and Lead Closer at The Land Group in Richmond, Kentucky, has refined her expertise over the past four years. A proud Kentucky native, Peyton is passionate about facilitating smooth and successful real estate transactions while building strong client relationships. Her skills in navigating complex transactions ensure that all parties are well-informed and every detail is managed with precision, enabling her to provide a seamless closing experience for clients.
